The 2024 RGS-IBG Annual International Conference will take place in London from Tuesday 27 August to Friday 30 August 2024. It will be chaired by Professor Stephen Legg (University of Nottingham, UK) on the theme of mapping in all its forms, in a world that is saturated with maps, from historical cartography to the newest technologies and digital practices.

- 6 February 2024: Deadline for submitting sessions to be badged by CMRG
- 1 March 2024: Deadline for submitting sessions to RGS (with paper and author information, including abstracts).
- End of April 2024: Confirmation of acceptance of sessions for the conference programme.
